Dr Putman was amazing! Hes kind and gentle and in the profession because he truly loves and wants to help animals! I'm so glad that Dr Twining sold his practice to a young man with such wonderful ethics!!!

Dr. Bell is the most knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of treating my family dogs. The vet technicians supporting the clinic are top notch and provide the best care for our pets, the ones here with us and the ones who have passed. Thank you for your time and efforts!

We landed there with our pet not eating for 4 days. We were really worried and stressed and in that situation we were given a totally wrong diagnosis saying our pet had infection , antibiotics were prescribed. His condition did not get any better. We called them asking if they could see him again, they told us we can leave the pet to the clinic until the doctor gets time to have a look , it could be after a couple of hours. That time we decided not to go there again and headed to emergency. To our surprise, the doctor did an overall check up and confirmed there was no infection, his stool was stuck in stomach.The prescribed medication worked for the emergency one and he is now all good.I do not understand if you are not sure enough about the diagnosis, why would you prescribe medication and just take your business forward using the stressed situation of the pet owner.I do not recommend anybody to visit there and have wrong diagnosis, medications and financial stress.

Anne and the rest of the team are amazing. They go the extra mile and are extremely kind & compassionate. Our boy Lenny has been given extra years because of their knowledge and expertise. We are very grateful for all they have done.

First time going to this vet clinic and was not very happy with the service. My dog was in there because of a bladder leak and once the Dr. Was told what was going on she took my dog out back to see if she could collect a pee to sample. Returning 5-10 minutes later with no luck gave me a 2 perscriptions and said i was done. When paying at the counter i was told it was going to be $228.00 and when i questioned the costs the first one was a $97.00 charge for an Office Exam and Consultation which was not done in my presence. When i questioned that i was told that the exam was done out back when she took my dog for the 5 minutes to get a pee sample which i dont beleive was done. I was not told she was going to be doing an exam, when the Dr returned i was not told and exam went good, bad, or was even done. Knowing that my dog is 11 years old and has very irritated skin, teeth that are starting to decay and should be looked at, and multiple skin tags, these issues would have been brought up by a competent veterinarian if the exam was actually done.

I've been going to this vet for years. Moved Vets, but ultimately came back to Bellis because they are just really great. They have great advice and guidance, are extremely professional and it's always a pleasant time going there even when the circumstances regarding our visit arent ideal. My dogs aren't scared when they walk in to the building either and the workers just are a really great team. They just have this way of winning over the hearts of the animals that go in for their services, and make it in a way that the owners alongside the pet, aren't stressed. I can't stress how much I am grateful and appreciative of their team. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else!
